はんこリレーには、アカウント登録もパスワードもありません。そのため「アカウントの削除」という手続きはなく、端末のデータと、当社のサーバーに預けてあるデータをまとめて消す操作をご用意しています。
これで、この端末のデータと、当社のサーバーに預けてあるこの端末ぶんのデータが削除されます。削除は取り消せません。
ご家族それぞれの端末で操作が必要です。 はんこリレーは1人1台で使うため、ほかのご家族の端末にあるデータは、その端末で同じ操作をしていただく必要があります。
アプリをアンインストールすると端末のデータは消えますが、サーバーに預けてあるデータは残ります。その場合は、Intecoda のお問い合わせフォームから、件名に「はんこリレー データ削除」と書いてご連絡ください。30日以内に削除し、完了をご連絡します。
ご本人確認のため、登録されていたメールアドレス（メールのお知らせをお使いだった場合）をお知らせください。メールアドレスを登録していなかった場合は、サーバーに個人を特定できる情報がないため、お預かりしているデータは最大30日で自動的に消えます。

はんこリレーは、氏名・住所・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・広告IDを収集しません。申請の内容やメンバーの名前は端末の中で暗号化されてから送られるため、当社を含む第三者が読むことはできません。くわしくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
バックアップに含まれるデータは、運用上の保存期間として最大30日のあいだ残ることがあります。その後は自動的に失われます。法令にもとづく保存義務のあるデータはありません。

Hanko Relay has no accounts and no passwords, so there is no "delete account" step. Instead, a single action deletes the data on your device together with the data held on our server.
This deletes this device's data and this device's data held on our server. It cannot be undone. Because Hanko Relay is used one person per device, each family member must do this on their own device.
Uninstalling removes the data on the device, but data held on our server remains. In that case, contact us through the Intecoda contact form with the subject "Hanko Relay data deletion". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. Please include the email address you registered, if you used email notifications; if you never registered one, our server holds nothing that identifies you, and the stored data is erased automatically within 30 days.

Copies inside operational backups may persist for up to 30 days and are then lost automatically. No data is retained for legal obligations.
