はんこリレー（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族の「おねがい」を決めた順番で承認していくためのアプリです。本アプリは利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。
申請の品名・理由・コメント・ポイント・メンバーの名前といった家族のやりとりの中身は、すべて端末の中で暗号化されてから送信されます。暗号を解く鍵は家族の端末だけが持ち、当社のサーバーには保存されません。そのため、当社を含む第三者が内容を読むことはできません。
家族の端末どうしでデータを同期するため、当社のサーバー（hanko.intecoda.com）は次のものを預かります。

氏名・住所・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先は収集しません。アカウント登録やパスワードはなく、端末の鍵による電子署名で本人確認を行います。なお、無料版の広告表示にあたっては端末の広告IDがGoogleに送信されます（下記「4. 広告・解析」）。当社がこれを受け取ることはありません。
メールアドレスの登録は任意です。登録すると、申請が届いたときや、承認・差し戻しがあったときにお知らせが届きます。
メールに申請の内容は書きません。「新しい申請が届きました」といった決まった文面のみをお送りします。これは、当社のサーバーが内容を読めないためでもあります。
メールの送信には Resend（Resend Inc.）を利用します。送信のために、メールアドレスと決まった文面が同社に渡ります。アプリ内の「家族」タブからいつでも解除できます。
無料版では、Googleが提供する広告SDK（Google Mobile Ads / AdMob）によるバナー広告を画面の下に表示します。広告の配信と測定のため、Googleの広告SDKが端末の広告ID等の識別子を使用し、Googleへ送信する場合があります。取り扱いはGoogleの広告ポリシーおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーに従います。広告IDは、Androidの「設定 > Google > 広告」からリセットまたは削除できます。
本アプリの広告は、Googleの広告内容のレーティングをティーン向けまでに制限して配信しています。
申請の内容が広告に使われることはありません。申請の中身は端末の中で暗号化されており、広告SDKからは読めません。当社は広告IDを受け取らず、保存もしません。アクセス解析ツールやクラッシュ収集ツールは使用していません。
INTERNET: 家族の端末との同期と、メールのお知らせの登録に使用します。CAMERA: 家族を招待するときのQRコードの読み取りにのみ使用します。読み取りは端末内で行い、写真や映像を保存・送信することはありません。POST_NOTIFICATIONS: 新しい申請などを端末に知らせるために使用します。アプリ内の「家族」タブ →「家族をやめる」から、端末のデータと、当社のサーバーに預けてあるデータ（暗号化データ・端末の登録・メールアドレス）を削除できます。削除は取り消せません。
ほかのご家族の端末にあるデータは、その端末で同じ操作をしていただく必要があります。
本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としており、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象とはしていません。お子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の管理のもとでお使いください。
お子様に関して当社が取得するのは、暗号化されたデータ（内容は読めません）と、保護者が任意で登録したメールアドレスのみです。氏名などの個人情報を、お子様から直接収集することはありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

Hanko Relay ("the App") lets a family approve requests by passing a stamp along a set order. The App respects your privacy.
The contents of your family's activity — item names, reasons, comments, points and member names — are encrypted on your device before being sent. The keys are held only by your family's devices and are never stored on our servers. As a result, neither we nor any third party can read them.

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, location or contacts. There are no accounts or passwords; devices authenticate with their own signing keys. Note that the free version's ads cause the device advertising ID to be sent to Google (see “4. Ads and analytics”); we never receive it.
Registering an email address is optional. Notification emails never contain the contents of a request — only fixed wording such as "a new request has arrived". This is also because our server cannot read the contents.
Email is sent via Resend (Resend Inc.); your address and the fixed message are shared with them for delivery. You can unregister at any time from the Family tab.
The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK may use and send identifiers such as the device advertising ID to Google. See Google's advertising policy and Google's privacy policy. You can reset or delete the advertising ID under Android Settings > Google > Ads. Ad content is limited to a maximum rating of Teen.
Request contents are never used for advertising. They are encrypted on the device and are not readable by the ads SDK. We do not receive or store the advertising ID. We use no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
INTERNET: syncing with your family's devices and registering for email notifications.CAMERA: only for scanning the QR code when inviting a family member. Scanning happens on-device; no photo or video is stored or transmitted.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: to notify you on the device about new requests.From the Family tab, "家族をやめる" (Leave the family) deletes the data on your device and the data held on our server (encrypted data, device registration, email address). This cannot be undone. Data on other family members' devices must be deleted from those devices.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not primarily directed at children under 13. Children should use it under a guardian's supervision.
The only data we receive relating to a child is encrypted data we cannot read, and an email address a guardian chooses to register. We do not collect personal information directly from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and notify you in the App for significant changes.
