KuroMediaPlayer（スマホ版。以下「本アプリ」）は、スマートフォンに保存した音楽・動画を再生するアプリです。

1. 当社へ送られる情報はありません

本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログインがなく、当社のサーバーへ情報を送ることはありません。広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ収集の仕組みも使っていません。アプリ内課金もありません。

2. 端末の中だけで使う情報

次の情報は、お使いの端末の中で再生・表示するためだけに使い、外部へ送信しません。

• 端末内の音楽・動画ファイル（音楽・動画の許可を与えた場合。一覧表示と再生に使います）
• 利用者が読み込んだ歌詞ファイル・字幕ファイル・プレイリストファイル（M3U）
• 設定、プレイリスト、お気に入り、再生履歴（「最近再生した曲」「よく聞く曲」）、動画の再生位置

再生履歴は設定画面から消去できます。

3. インターネット通信

本アプリが通信するのは、利用者が自分で URL を入力した場合、またはほかのアプリから URL を共有・指定して開いた場合だけです。そのとき、指定された配信元へ動画・音声の取得要求を送ります。配信元での情報の扱いは、各配信元の規約・ポリシーに従います。当社はその内容を受け取りません。

4. ほかのアプリとの連携

「共有」を使うと、選んだファイルを利用者が選んだアプリに渡します。渡した後の扱いは、そのアプリの提供者のポリシーに従います。ファイルの削除は、必ず Android の確認画面で利用者が許可した場合だけ行います。

5. 端末のバックアップ

Androidの機能により、本アプリの設定等は、お使いのGoogleアカウントへのバックアップや機種変更時の引き継ぎの対象になる場合があります。これはAndroidとGoogleのサービスによるもので、当社がその内容を受け取ることはありません。

6. データの削除

本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリが端末内に保存したデータ（設定・プレイリスト・履歴など）はすべて削除されます。音楽・動画ファイル自体は削除されません。各機能の許可は、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページの最終更新日を改めます。

KuroMediaPlayer (Mobile) (the “App”) plays music and videos stored on your phone.

1. Nothing is sent to us

The App has no accounts or logins and never sends information to our servers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or in-app purchases.

2. Information used only on your device

The following is used only on your device for playback and display, and is not sent anywhere: music and video files on the device (if you allow access); lyrics, subtitle and playlist (M3U) files you choose to load; and your settings, playlists, favorites, play history (“Recently played”, “Most played”) and video positions. You can clear the play history in Settings.

3. Internet access

The App connects to the internet only when you enter a URL yourself or open a URL shared from another app. It then requests the video or audio from that source. Each source handles data under its own terms and policies. We do not receive it.

4. Other apps

When you use “Share”, the selected file is passed to the app you choose and handled under its provider's policy. Files are deleted only after you confirm on Android's own confirmation screen.

5. Device backup

Android may include the App's settings in your Google account backup or device transfer. This is handled by Android and Google, and we never receive its contents.

6. Deleting data

Uninstalling the App deletes all data the App stored on your device (settings, playlists, history). Your music and video files themselves are not deleted. You can revoke any permission at any time in the device settings.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
