KuroComic Reader（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、利用者が端末内やネットワーク上に所有するコミック・画像ファイルを閲覧するためのローカルビューアです。

1. 収集しない情報

本アプリの開発者は、利用者が閲覧している作品のタイトル、ファイル名、画像、閲覧履歴、ブックマーク、コレクション等の情報を外部サーバーへ送信・収集しません。これらのデータはすべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報も収集しません。

2. 広告について（無料版）

無料版では、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告配信のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID）、端末情報、おおよその情報等を収集・利用する場合があります。詳細および収集の停止方法は、Google のポリシーをご確認ください：

• 広告のパーソナライズは、端末の「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」からリセット/オプトアウトできます。

PRO版（買い切り）を購入すると広告は表示されず、AdMob による上記の収集も行われません。

3. 課金について

PRO版の購入は Google Play の課金システムを通じて行われます。決済情報は Google が処理し、本アプリの開発者がクレジットカード番号等を取得することはありません。

4. 権限について

本アプリは必要最小限の権限のみを要求します。インターネット権限は、任意の SMB/NAS ライブラリの読み込みおよび無料版の広告表示のためにのみ使用します。ファイルへのアクセスは Android のストレージアクセスフレームワーク（SAF）を通じ、利用者が明示的に選択したフォルダ／ファイルに限定されます。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは一般向けアプリであり、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

KuroComic Reader ("the App") respects your privacy. The App is a local viewer for comic and image files that you own on your device or network.

1. Information we do not collect

The developer does not send to any external server, nor collect, the titles, file names, images, reading history, bookmarks, or collections of what you read. All such data is stored only on your device. No account is required, and we do not collect personal information such as your name or email.

2. Advertising (Free version)

The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the Advertising ID, device information, and approximate information to serve ads. See Google's policy for details and opt-out: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Purchasing the one-time PRO version removes ads and this AdMob collection.

3. Purchases

PRO purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled by Google; the developer never receives your card details.

4. Permissions

The App requests only the minimum permissions. Internet access is used solely for optional SMB/NAS libraries and, in the free version, for ads. File access is limited to folders/files you explicitly select via Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF).

5. Children's privacy

The App is a general-audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
