KuroCar Player（以下「本アプリ」）は、Android のスマートフォン・タブレットを車載マルチメディア画面（ホーム画面・ナビ連携・音楽・動画など）として使うためのアプリです。
本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログインがなく、当社のサーバーへ情報を送ることはありません。広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ収集の仕組みも使っていません。アプリ内課金もありません。
次の情報は、お使いの端末の中で画面に表示するためだけに使い、外部へ送信しません。

これらの送信先での情報の扱いは、各サービスの規約・ポリシーに従います。当社はその内容を受け取りません。
ナビ・電話・メッセージ・音楽アプリなどを開くとき、目的地などの情報をそのアプリに渡します。渡した後の扱いは、そのアプリの提供者のポリシーに従います。
Androidの機能により、本アプリの設定等は、お使いのGoogleアカウントへのバックアップや機種変更時の引き継ぎの対象になる場合があります。これはAndroidとGoogleのサービスによるもので、当社がその内容を受け取ることはありません。設定画面から、設定をファイルに保存・復元することもできます（ファイルは利用者が選んだ場所に保存されます）。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます。各機能の許可は、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。
運転中の画面操作は危険です。本アプリは車載モード中、動画・ブラウザ・詳細設定などを停車中のみ使えるように制限します。操作は停車中に行うか、同乗者が行ってください。

KuroCar Player (the “App”) turns an Android phone or tablet into an in-car multimedia screen (home screen, navigation shortcuts, music, video and more).
The App has no accounts or logins and never sends information to our servers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or in-app purchases.
The following is used only to display information on your device and is not sent anywhere: music and video files on the device (if you allow access); location (if you allow it — for GPS status and speed, sunset-based night mode and today's driven distance, only while the App is on screen); today's calendar events (if you allow it, read-only); notification content (only if you grant “notification access” — to show navigation guidance from apps such as Google Maps and LINE unread counts; never stored); and your settings, playlists, favorites, saved places and playback positions.

Each service handles data under its own terms and policies. We do not receive it.
When you open navigation, phone, messaging or music apps, information such as a destination is passed to that app and handled under its provider's policy.
Android may include the App's settings in your Google account backup or device transfer. This is handled by Android and Google, and we never receive its contents. You can also save and restore settings to a file of your choice from the Settings screen.
Uninstalling the App deletes all of its data from your device. You can revoke any permission at any time in the device settings.
Operating a screen while driving is dangerous. In car mode the App restricts video, browsers and detailed settings to when you are parked. Operate it only while parked, or let a passenger operate it.
